At-Home Workouts





Lately, I have been getting questions about my weight loss since Big Brother, and the answer is simple: a healthy and active lifestyle. You do not have go on an extreme diet or live in the gym to lose weight. Keep everything in moderation!

When it comes to fitness, let's get real, it gets hard to fit in gym time when everyday schedules get hectic. And when we get busy, it gets wayyyy easier to make excuses not to make it to the gym (you know I'm right! lol). BUT, there's an app for everything.

The Arm Workout, Ab Workout, and Butt Workout apps save me! Five to ten minute workouts that are quick, convenient, and effective. I started out doing the five minute workouts, then built myself up to the seven minute one to now the ten. It comes with video tutorials and timers making it super easy. I've been using these apps at home religiously for the past 3 months for at least 4 times a week. Stick to it and it pays off. :)

As for my diet, I generally go with seafood, which I love! (Tuna Tataki, soooo good) I buy fresh tuna for home and have it about 2 to 3 times a week. Yummy and healthy. It's a win. And for my go to, low calorie super yummy snack? Frozen grapes. If you're the type of person who needs something to snack on, trust me you'll love it! Now, who's ready for the beach? :)
